After Care 

AFTER CARE allows the patient to stay in touch with the counsellors over phone call / video call for a few weeks post his treatment. In this process, after treatment behaviors and thoughts can be discussed and monitored. 

This is to make sure that patient is practicing everything that was taught during the treatment.
